About

Mein Name ist Maciej Palucki. Ich beschäftige mich seit rund 20 Jahren mit Gender und Diversität. Seit 2024 unterschütze ich Unternehmen und Organisationen auf ihrer Diversitätsreise mit systemischem und wissenschaftlichem Fachwissen. Ich biete Beratung, Workshops und Keynotes an.

Ebenfalls seit 2024 bin ich als Referent für Gleichstellung, Gender und Diversität an der Universität für Weiterbildung Krems tätig. An der TU Wien lehre ich Diversitätsmanagement (zuvor auch Gender- und Diversitätskompetenz). Zuvor war ich als Diversitätsmanager und Koordinator für den transdisziplinären Dialog an der BOKU University und als SDG 5-Koordinator an der TU Wien tätig.

Insgesamt zehn Jahre arbeitete ich im Kommunikationsbereich und Journalismus, unter anderem siebe Jahre bei der Tageszeitung „Die Presse“ – als Redakteur und drei Jahre als Head of Social Media.

Von 2015 bis 2020 engagierte ich mich ehrenamtlich als Mentor im WKO-ÖIF-AMS-Programm „Mentoring für MigrantInnen“.

Dankbarkeit

Über die vergangenen Jahre haben mich viele Menschen inspiriert, begleitet, empowert, unterstützt und empfohlen. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar. Die Arbeit an einer wertschätzenden, geschlechter- und chancengerechten Kultur in Organisationen ist nie ein Einzelerfolg. Es ist stets ein Miteinander.

My name is Maciej Palucki. I have been working in the field of gender and diversity for about 20 years. Since 2024, I have been supporting companies and organizations on their diversity journey with systemic and scientific expertise. I offer consulting services, workshops, and keynote speeches.

I have also been serving as a lecturer on equality, gender, and diversity at the University for Continuing Education Krems since 2024. At TU Wien, I teach diversity management (previously also gender and diversity competence). Prior to that, I worked as a diversity manager and coordinator for transdisciplinary dialogue at BOKU University and as an SDG 5 coordinator at TU Wien.

I worked in communications and journalism for a total of ten years, including seven years at the daily newspaper “Die Presse“ – as an editor and three years as Head of Social Media.

From 2015 to 2020, I volunteered as a mentor in the WKO-ÖIF-AMS program “Mentoring for Migrants.”

Gratitude

Over the past few years, many people have inspired, accompanied, empowered, supported and recommended me. I am very grateful for that. Also for being recognized by Sheconomy as one of the „100 Voices for Diversity“ in Austria and Germany. Working towards an appreciative, gender and equal opportunity culture in organizations is never an individual success. It is always a team effort.
